That's why coming here most nights, hoping to see her one more time. One that is all that it would take to make this feeling go away. It's just another hard work. She danced right out that door And I couldn't catch her. I wash her girl She was gone forever. A corner booth in the back is all I need I'll save her. I see For when she comes back for me. That's why coming here most nights, hoping to see her one more time. One night is all that it won't take to make this feeling go away. It's just another day.

SPEAKER_01

Rip currents cause an estimated 100 deaths each year in the United States. In 2021, five of these deaths were on the Gulf Coast. Rip currents are the number one ruthery-related killer at the beaches along the northern Gulf Coast. The number of rip current fatalities on these beaches is more than the fatalities of flooding, tornadoes, lightning, and tropical storms or hurricanes combined. Learn the facts. Before heading out to the beach, check current beach conditions and know what each flag means. Always swim near a lifeguard. Rip currents are narrow currents that flow away from the beach. If you notice you're being pulled away from the beach and are swimming and getting tired, you may be in a rip current. Think of it like a treadmill that you can't turn off. You want to step to the side of it. Don't swim against the current. Try to swim across it in a direction following the shoreline. Rip currents do not pull you under, but may take you as far out as a football field so people can tire quickly. The most important thing is to stay calm. If you can't escape the current, float or calmly tread water. Wave for help if you can. Rip current's strength eventually subsides and may even take you closer to shore. If you see someone caught in a rip current, call 911 or get a lifeguard and throw something that floats towards the victim. For more information, please visit www.visitalbeaches.com slash safety.

SPEAKER_16

SPEAKER_17

251-264-2498. Call today and you will see better tonight. And once again this morning, sitting here at the News and Weather Desk in the Blue Ran Media Studios. Today, we're looking at mostly hardly cloudy, although the sunshine will be breaking through in many parts of our area. We're gonna be hovering right around at 80 to 80 degrees during the daytime. Wind coming out of the weather today at about 912 miles per hour. And we really cannot roll out wrinkles or light showers about 25% remaining for the rest of the day. Tomorrow we're looking at very similar weather with mostly funny and hardly loudy. 89 will be the high in the daytime. And the low isn't gonna be much less. It's gonna be right around 81. Very muggy and humid tomorrow overnight. Wind coming out of the southwest at about 9 to 12 miles per hour once again. And we also cannot rule out a rain, storm, a shower in some areas about a 25% Friday. Uh yeah, a lot of fun. We're looking at about ninety and voltage. And a hundred percent chance of almost zero percent of rain. When you come in the field days, not too bad. Monday pretty good. Once again, overnight every night on Monday. Once again, 45% during the daytime on Monday. Tuesday, we do have evening thunderstorms for the high will be right around 92 on Tuesday. During the daytime, wind coming out of the west. 79 miles per hour. About a 40% chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon. Late afternoon, early evening. 78 will be the low in the overnight. Wednesday and Thursday cloudy. And that just means what? Hardly cloudy. Right around 91 on bold days during the daytime. And in the overnight, right around 80. When both days, Wednesday and Thursday. Well, Friday the third. Yeah. Looking pretty good. Friday and Thursday, the third and the fourth. Hovering right around 91 degrees wind coming out of the south weather. Unfortunately, we will have those top of the showers about a 30% chance on Thursday and Friday. We'll get all of that defined better for you as we get back in the studio. We'll have that all wrapped up out for you, so you'll be able to know the better of what's happening on your July 4th weekend. And that is this week's extended weather forecast from coastal Alabama.

SPEAKER_13

Never held my hand through the night. Left me wondering if it was right.

SPEAKER_10

Never looked me in the eye.

SPEAKER_13

Never chased away my fears. He never stayed when the storm came.

SPEAKER_10

Just disappeared through the years.

SPEAKER_13

He was in the gifts of the time. It was the silence that cried was the line.

SPEAKER_10

Never looked me in the eye. He never stayed around when I cried. But I needed more than just his shadow. He never said he loved me, never held me through the night. It's all the things he never said that left me alone.

SPEAKER_03

I was sitting at a table in a little downtown playing songs on the two box and pouring the whiskey down when I heard a sweet boy saying When you like some company and I had to tell him this is just between an old memory and all my friends tell me I'm a fool for holding on. I know they're trying to help me, but I've been a fool too. I don't wanna talk about it, so why can't they just live? This is just between I'm not hurt anybody as far as I can see. I just need sometimes once he goes walk. I don't wanna talk about it. So why can't everybody see? This is just between your memory, and the remaining This is just between.

SPEAKER_07

People read the news and name, steel guitar was on everything. What the title I can do, but you act you guys, do what's wrong.

Been a sun, I've been a brother, been a sinner and a saint, been a Paris night, the castle, and a key west Hemiway, been a lover and a lever, been a dear John and a joke. Been a life of the party. Gone through in this life. From dancing with the devil to the Lord, I've seen the light out of all the names. I've gone by and hats I've worn. My favorite I'll ever be. That lets me just be master. Not some wanna be John Wayne. Makes me feel like I'ma heal. Even though I know I ain't don't we go here to day to come to anybody? There's been some crazy phases come through in this line. From dancing with the devil, the Lord I've seen alive. And I'm just named I've gone by one my favorite name. I'll ever be yours.

SPEAKER_09

Never from now on. Need someone know, just hold on me. I'll never be far away. I'm here to stay. If you get lost, get lost on me. The second I looked into the right, maybe I held on for my life. No matter what, I know we're right where I'm gonna be. Even if the old I just never get that I'm gonna love you.

SPEAKER_10

I'm gonna love you. Even with my death, but let's be gonna die. I'm gonna die.

SPEAKER_09

SPEAKER_14

Steve, he's rumbling, bubbling, stumbling all over the place, and oh, that can't be good. Look at that stopping key action.

SPEAKER_15

That's gonna drop penalty.

SPEAKER_14

Drinking, driving, possible $1,500 fine, and one year in jail. Yeah, Steve, that was a good call by the ref. One bad decision totally changed the game. You know what just goes to show if you drink, if you drive, nobody wins.

SPEAKER_10

Driving in the car or on the app. Thanks for listening. If it plays a guitar, I'll be at the band all now.

SPEAKER_16

IWay98 Radio.

SPEAKER_17

And this morning I'm at the news desk in the Blue Ram Media studio with the latest breaking news. Remember, if you see news happening any place here along the Gulf Coast, send us a news tip. Newsdesk at Blue Rammedia.com. Daphne police have made more than two dozen arrests again in just a little over two weeks. They also have a traffic unit, and they're always uh on the lookout for people who really shouldn't be on the road. The fully police and the reserve department have made an arrest according to the fully police department. They received a call of break into vehicles. This occurred on Sunday. Officers responded, they were able to spot a man walking away from the area identified as Dylan C. Frisbee. They were able to connect him with breaking into at least three vehicles during the arrest process. He also threatened officers and attempted to elude charged with three counts of burglary, one count of entering or remaining an offensive property, and obstructing the police is currently being held at the Baldwin County Jail facility. Multiple agencies, the Federal Police Fire Department was called out Sunday afternoon and destructive motor in the Mobile Bay off the coast of Hurro called 911 to report that his vessel was dead in the water and drifting further out into the bay. Now, Firo Police Fire also called the Japanese fire department, and they also called the Aliyah, Marine Police. Marine Police was able to reach the motor, but it wasn't one vessel, it was actually two. And they were held back to shore with no reports of any injuries or what caused uh the boats to be dead in the water. Luckily, everyone is safe. A brand new law in Alabama goes into effect this coming January. It's called Sarah Marcus Heavens 27 Camp Safety Act, promoting camps to review and update their emergency procedures. I had a bit of implementation uh implementation coming up in January. Now, this really is just uh a good law, and it has to do with making sure that they have safety equipment, uh people prepared to respond to medical emergencies. We did uh a nationwide search, we found that it has been uh a problem that's been increasing for years. Campers across the country are both injured frequently, and some unfortunately die, especially from trauma and weather related deaths. A Baldwin County office manager has been charged with an $895,000 embezzlement. Police began investigating after the former office manager was accused in multiple thefts. Gregory Anderson, also known as Gregory Leffler, is accused of stealing money while employed and collecting Social Security Disability Insurance. Prosecutors say Anderson received more than $61,000 from the Social Security Disability Insurance during 2018 through 2023. Also stealing more than $834,000 from his employer. According to law enforcement, he's been charged with after government money fraud. Aggravated idea. No word on what day might be. Reportedly, a shooting had occurred. Deputies located 55-year-old Robert Keith Barlow, who was suffering from a gunshot wound to the abdomen. Deputies were quickly able to apprehend 42-year-old Joseph Lee Smith at the scene. Evidently they were cousins. They got into an argument. Smith discharged the shotgun striking Barlow. And after the investigation, Joseph Lee Smith has been charged with murder, and he is currently in the Baldwin County Detention Center with no bonds. A woman has been sentenced to federal prison for tax fraud. According to authorities, Alicia Maria Allen 42 pled guilty in October to aiding or assisting in the appropriation of false tax returns. She admitted that she operated two tax preparation businesses in Mobile since at least 2018. The prosecutors say that according to her written agreement, she filed at least 21 false returns from tax years 2019 through 2013. Although there might be others, some related to COVID 19 credits. Alan will be supervised after she's released from one year in prison, but she also must pay back $371,000. The answer is that operating a whole system of 12 or more will cost you more than a million and a half dollars than ever having anything on their phone listening to other methods of getting their weather information and their job needed. According to authorities, uh they say that two people passed away and two others are still in critical condition. Weekend traffic collision. According to police, it occurred Saturday night at about 11:50 p.m. June the 20th at the intersection of Schillinger Road and Cottage Hill Road. Very busy intersection. They say that one man was uh deceased, and an adult man and an adult woman was taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police are continuing their investigation. Also happening here along our area. A EF Zero tornado touchdown, authorities say, according to the National Weather Service. After checking a few things out, they say, yes indeed. A EF0 tornado touchdown on Highway 225 was the main on Thursday between Hillcreas Road and Green Jordan Road. No heavy damage was reported. But they say that it was nothing to uh worried about. A weekend shooting is reported in Alberta. We have information that on Saturday, June the 20th, and the crossroads, uh 95 and uh Highway 98. 60-year-old male with shot in the head. The police have not gotten back to a five year we are going to continue asking the question. For murder authority is arrested and uh for murder of another many five years in the prison.

SPEAKER_04

And my demon finally lost behind me, can't even find me in the dark. Your lips are like a kid, slumge down for and down the rain. And when you whisper a name, I hear anything, but with the wheels and freight train whipped away from freight trains. Like a bullet from a rifle, ain't straight in my heart. Trigger are those echoes in the business used to hit me so hard. But when you die the last time in peaceful dreams Moonlight on your face Girl, I can drift the way it's great. I hate whipping wheels and freight trains.

SPEAKER_10

I'll get over you someday. When the sun sets in the east and goes around When the world don't turn in the summer sky When the stars don't go in hell's eyes cold, and time is out to That's when I get old Did we even safe forever? I wasn't dreaming about me. It's not like I lose and sleep you honestly.

SPEAKER_07

When the world don't turn in the summer sky, when the stars don't glow and hell's as cold and Dolly's out of tune, and Johnny don't love June, and my heart don't stop when you walk in the room.

SPEAKER_10

That's when I get back for you.

SPEAKER_02

Bad girl. She ain't gonna be all right. Cause I could tell she'd be going through a living hell and die. I wouldn't be there by her side. And Lord, I felt so bad as I sat and watched her cry, thinking how I was moving on, and she was barely getting by. Look at what I've done to her. Look at how I made her feel. I gave back her heart, the broken part. She got the wrong end of the deal. And look at what it's done to me. You gotta know it tears me up. I gave it everything I had, and Lord, it just wasn't enough. Hurtin' her like this seems so wrong. Yeah, look at what I've done to her. Now she's alone. I saw her out last night, and she was having a good time. That girl, it looks like she's doing fine. But then I saw a man walk up and take her by the hand and die. Oh god, I almost died. And then it hit me. She didn't really need me. I just sat there for a while. Until I finally smiled. And look at what I've done to her. Look at how I made her feel. She found somebody new and look who took the time to eal. And look at what it's done to me. I don't know it tears me up. We made just leaving in a cloud of thugs. Now it's got me thinking, maybe I was wrong. After all the things I've done to her. Now she died. It's good to see her. But hey, I gotta go. Yeah, look at what I've done to her. Look at how I made her feel. She stand it out. She's got it all. Got the world at her heel. And look at what it's done to me. Yeah, look at how it makes me hurt. If I can go back now, I swear somehow I'd find a way to make it work. Ain't life funny. Now I'm the one alone. Yeah, look at what I've done to me. She's gone.

SPEAKER_16

And we need to be prepared because some say or something that this is the year when we could really get ahead by a good size hurricane. And uh just like uh the previous sally, it wasn't supposed to come here, but it did land here anyway. The City of Golf Shores is hosting Hurricane Preparedness Expo. And that's gonna be on Thursday, June the 25th, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Erie Myers Civic Center. A whiskey what I ever do mean her walk out Promise me I'd found somebody knew I gotta ask where I took back A list what I ever do stay you later leave. Made me say things I owe me to the only girl that ever made it choose. Gave you everything I had and give back the only thing I couldn't stand. A whisky, a whiskey for either duty Let me drink I would stay later, let me stay late for me to the old girl that you can get back the heart that you just broke in.
