It was first thing in the Gulf of Mexico and uh moved closer to Texas. And it appeared like it may begin running a little bit further east. We actually have been experiencing heavy rain and some wind from the storm, and it could turn up to be uh a very rainy week. Stormy week with uh possibly uh you know even some severe periods be talking to you about that. Of course I got the extended 10 day weather forecast, and a whole bunch more coming up, along with breaking news and what's happening in our area and where you need to be celebrate my fourth and 250th year of our country. SPEAKER_05I bring the oil.
SPEAKER_10Maybe I just wish for drinking, give my heart something to sink in. Better make it to it. Nothing I won't do for another round and vehicle. I know it's a shot in the dark, looking for what's left of a spark. Throwin' them back like I got nothing to lose. It's a slow burn just like you. Everybody says give it time. But I'm feeling like I'm stuck on a wind. Throwing them back like I got nothing to lose. It's a slow burn just like you. When I'm a couple in, I get optimistic, like you wanna be realistic. Maybe I'm just wish for drinking. Get my heart stomp and sinking. Better make it something I won't go for another round of meeting you. I get heart of thinking you're my action missing. It's a hundred trip, something I won't go for another round of meeting you.
SPEAKER_25I know it ain't right, but maybe just for the night I don't wanna have no closure. But I'm a couple and I get out to mix it. Like you mean the next day.
SPEAKER_09Maybe I just take it. Get my eyes on the stage.
SPEAKER_10Tracing your footprints to my memories, tryna find where we went wrong. Nothing I try to take it. Give my heart on take it. Better make it nothing I won't do for another brother. Taking your best thing. It's a hundred tooth. Nothing I won't do for another round of bigger.
SPEAKER_09I don't think, but here I am Spinning you round and round in circles. It ain't my style. But I don't care. I do anything anyway, anywhere.
SPEAKER_11Guess you're getting me in the palm in your way.
SPEAKER_09Cause I don't there love's never come my way. I've never been this far.
SPEAKER_11Wish you took these two lift feet and walks away with my heart.
SPEAKER_09No, I don't dance, but here I am spinning around and round in circles, eating my style, but I don't care. I do anything when you anywhere. Cause I don't I don't dance, but here I am spinning you round and round in circles, eating my stuff, but I don't care, but I'm doing anything.
SPEAKER_26Oh I don't care We care I am spinning around and around it ain't gonna stop But I don't care I do anything with you anyway Yeah you can put me in the palm you hand girl because I don't think I'm gonna nature reserve right now in the fully new Land for years scheduled to open next year.
SPEAKER_21Have you heard about this? It's called the Andrew Jones Wetland Reserve, a 95 acre thing that will get resident and there is another place to explore, relax, and enjoy the outdoors. This project is named after Andy James. He was a former Vulgared engineer and he designed and project passed away in 2023 before he could see it to come to fruition. Right there, nearby here with a wonderful array of flowers, wildflowers, grass, wooded areas surrounded by nature. It is a mix of rural interurban areas, and it's going to attract a lot of people. I'm sure there's a lot of habitat here, a lot of different species of animals, and this project is a million dollar project through a grand and uh wildlife foundation. This project actually benefits not only a human but also a wastewater filters through and that's a good thing, and also you know what else it does a litter boom on the river to collect a debris that will make its way into the water if it wasn't collected for this project. But it sounds like a good deal to me, especially if you just want another place to go for a little walk or maybe reading the book and join nature. With Rick McKinley behind the microphone. We'll be right back with more great music from Manville Cannon.
SPEAKER_09Mossy oak hat cold beer bottled on, peel the label off it. It takes her dirt a road to make a girl like that. She certified County line She country and she knows it. Everybody in here does too. Body like a river, just a roll in. Don't go with Roots running, but they can't die. She got this country boy tonight.
unknownAlright.
SPEAKER_09The wild turns on when she hears Marina Del Rey. Y'all it's sticker when she's tipping back wine. Song 42 tattooed on a ribage. Saw it dancing in the dark last night. She turned out in life. She turned three, she knows it. Everybody in here does do body like a river, just a roll it. Steppin' like one, two, one, two. Don't let go of it. Roots running, but they take high. She knows it. She knows she got this. Country for the night. Don't let her wanna do. Got her every little move from last night on my mind. She's certified. County line. The country that she knows it. Everybody in here does too. Body like a river, just a rollin'. Tall foot stepping line. One, two, one, two. It don't matter what you go in. Roots run deep, but they can't be high. Country that she knows it. She knows she got this country for tonight. All right. She country and she knows it.
SPEAKER_07I'll think of so. I've had so many things to do that I won't have time to think of her. And then if she's still on my mind, I'll try drinking up to drown her. And if I don't work, I'll think of something. Where do I go for love that I still need? Now I'm free. I'll bring her something.
SPEAKER_08And if someday by accident And I can sleep I'll bring the something If I can't say over the world, I'll bring it on this.
SPEAKER_07But I'll think of something.
unknownBut I don't know.
SPEAKER_08I don't know how getting around my mind. But give me time.
SPEAKER_07And I'll think of so much.
SPEAKER_21We've got your favorite new hits. Some of those good old hits. Indie music, gospel, bluegrass, and so much more. Here on Highway 98. Across America and here along the Gulf Coast in Baldwin and Mobile County, more than 75% of all firefighters are volunteers. Around the clock. Many of our volunteers. I know. I've been a bowl of your firefighter. Thank you. This morning I've got a very important uh announcement. A message here. We are under a tornado watch until 5 p.m. on this Thursday, um, the 18th of June, of course. And uh I wanna let you know right now that we can take this seriously because a watch means that conditions are definitely favorable for tornadoes. We have strong thunderstorms going to remain throughout the area for the next couple of days. This is all part of a tropical storm. The first tropical storm of the season, that's tropical storm Arthur, moving across first developing in the Gulf of Mexico, it moved a little further towards Texas and developed into a an actual storm, and now it's heading across Louisiana, Mississippi, and marching its way this way over here. So heads up everybody, please stay safe. This is nothing to uh you know disregard. It could be very potentially uh uh devastating. We've seen these things spin up uh from the watch of the tornadoes uh in minutes, and so um having been a first responder for many years, I can tell you that tornadoes do a lot of damage, they take a lot of life, and they happen quickly, quickly. And yes, sometimes they do sound like a train coming, but uh please take cover. Don't go out uh if you don't have to, don't be near water, uh just kind of have common sense and lets everybody stay safe.
SPEAKER_09Bringing you off my mind, would they workin for me? Couple stone house, couple shots at a time, but nothing stronger than memory. I don't know how to make you just feel like one heart, and it's a lot of people.
SPEAKER_18Steve, he's rumbling, bubbling, stumbling all over the place, and oh, that can't be good. Look at that sloppy key action, that's gonna draw a penalty.
SPEAKER_01Drinking, driving, possible $1,500 fine, and one year in jail.
SPEAKER_18Yeah, Steve, that was a good call by the ref. One bad decision totally changes the game. You know what just goes to show if you drink and you drive, nobody wins.
SPEAKER_24Who knows what a child will grow up to be? It's one of the greatest things about it.
SPEAKER_21As you may have known, we started on June the first. And we need to be prepared because I think that's the year when we could really get hit by good hurricane. And uh just like uh the previous following, it wasn't supposed to come here, but it did land here anyway. And that's gonna be on Thursday, June the 25th, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Erie Myers. Now this is a three of them for the community members to chance to learn about Hurricane Preparedness as well as service available. They will bring the dream to you where every year. These guys are fire, they know they're also doing a breed and the use of Narcan.
SPEAKER_13I'd read it cover to cover. Wish there was a pill I could take, feel a heartbreak. I'd take it over and over, it'd be over you, kissing somebody new, put me missing this in here on this box.
SPEAKER_20Maybe I know a couple beers from now, maybe I maybe I know, maybe I know a couple beers from Maybe I mean I know a couple beers from now one thirteen one thirteen, one of the morning.
SPEAKER_21I've got that latest extended weather forecast for you, of course, just like we always do. And uh, you know, it's not that bad. We're gonna still weather through some more rain, uh maybe some scattered thunderstorms for a few more days, but after that it's it's gonna clear up, I promise you. But as for the rest of today, we are gonna have scattered thunderstorms. Windy conditions, winds blowing up to twenty-five miles per hour out of the south southwest. Our temperature high today, just around 87 degrees will be the high night, especially with sunshine. And the overnight is going to be warm and muddy at 80 degrees. And we head back into the work week on Monday the 23nd. Mostly funny. Very hot. 90 degrees on Monday. And Tuesday. And once again, mostly funny, but we will have that maybe an hour or two. Wind on Monday. Tuesday blowing from the 14 miles per hour. Wednesday, we're gonna be looking at mostly roaming around our area. The high will be once again very high. 91 degrees the overnight. Wind blowing from the west at about 9 to 12 miles per hour. Remember this time of year we can see from severe weather at any point. So you have to be prepared. Now when we get back into the studio, I'm gonna have a whole bunch more weather for you. Tropical thieves in here, hurricane thieves in here. And we're gonna keep on top of it for you. But for now, your latest weather forecast.
SPEAKER_03Every guy in here went quiet, like I knew you didn't care. You got that slow burn smile, like you've said and been forgiven.
SPEAKER_15I don't come here looking for saving. I don't need a white night. I just like a man who knows better, but still looks me dead in the eye. I've been caught a couple things, some of 'em I won't deny.
SPEAKER_09If you're scared of getting burned, baby, you're too close to my fire. Mama warned me about your kind, but she never said you look like those together. Trouble looks good on you. If it's you just arrived like a midnight dressed in a last caucus. Under buzz and barroom lights, you wear that danger like perfume. I should walk away, but I don't want to. If all is wrong, I don't want to. Trouble looks good on.
SPEAKER_16Never once looked back. Got a history written and it lives still on the edge of a match. I know I ain't your first mistake. Won't be the cleanest one.
SPEAKER_03But I've been bored of play and safe.
SPEAKER_16Since I learned how to run.
SPEAKER_09You don't flinch when I get quiet. Don't try to fix my past. You just lean in a little close. Like you know it won't last.
SPEAKER_16I see the wreck behind your eyes. Yeah, you've danced with a grip. Funny how the most honest nights, all the ones we shouldn't get. If you're gonna cross that line, don't pretend you don't know why.
SPEAKER_09Trouble looks good on you. Lord's hard to ignore, like boots on the bar on the floor. When the bad wants one more. You wear that chaos like the truth. I just pull this down, but I won't do. Trouble looks good on you. Trouble looks good on you. We ain't talking about tomorrow.
SPEAKER_16Ain't praying for forever.
SPEAKER_09And just two sparks lean and two clothes.
SPEAKER_15Stormy kind of weather.
SPEAKER_17I don't promise I'll stay.
SPEAKER_15Don't promise I'll be kind.
SPEAKER_16But I promise I'll feel real for one damn night in time together. If we crash, we crash, knowing right.
SPEAKER_09Trouble looks good on you, like standin' on the moonlight, like knowing better, doing words, and loving every second other fight. You where the danger like it's true, and I look better standing next to you if it goes up in smoking truth. Trouble still looks good on you.
SPEAKER_16Yeah, trouble never won't be like that.
SPEAKER_09Yeah, and I never tried to hide it.
SPEAKER_08I love that town that I just couldn't stay Two Snipped all the way to Amarillo Shuffle my way into Santa Fe.
SPEAKER_11I just had to see the sunset out of Frisco, but it ain't wrong.

SPEAKER_12Every day we take steps to keep the people we love safe. Like the ones that cause Lyme disease, mice searching for food into red bacteria that makes us sick. Mosquitoes lay eggs in the standard water and can be spread wet and iovirus and water. Cockroaches are drawn to water in the home, leaving behind allergens that can trigger asthma attacks.org.
SPEAKER_21Or no matter where you live, come on down to the Gulf Shores, make fireworks to play on July the fourth.
SPEAKER_06And judging by the smile that's written on his face. The Memphis Blueswe used to say He always loved Emoriel by morning. I shouldn't take him out at the morning. She's from Texas, I can tell by the way. He's too stepping round the room. Judging by the smile that's written on his face. There's nothing I can do. It doesn't take a crystal ball to see. A cowboy always flies away to me. Drinking dragon by myself. Can I help the cry? It's only whatever. I don't know that this is never gonna change. Cause his heart still belongs to all the stars days. She's from Texas, I can tell by the way. He's two stepping round the room. And judging by the smile that's written on his face. There's nothing I can do. Cowboy always finds a way to sleep. SPEAKER_09My shirt and jeans from the night before. My phone and my ears were ring. Cause we were downtown, bouncing around from door to door. There ain't a song I wasn't saying. From the DJs, on the twos and fours to the hometowns. On the hardwood floors, I was out on down in the middle of a crowd. When a boy and a band with a boat I'm just like you, I was raised on the radio.
SPEAKER_11Do I think what I do?
SPEAKER_09Little bit of Little bit of baby, stay though. Little bit of clap your hand, little bit of six strings, on a black boot, fiddle in the band. I'm like a burn city from O3 in a Mustang.
